Milk chocolate 45%

Cocoa from the farm are conched with local, Costa Rican cow’s milk. Due to the high cocoa content and thus lower sugar content, the chocolate is mild and slightly sweet. The chocolate is produced directly on the farm. Only local ingredients are used.
