Our most cocoa-intensive chocolate. Through an extremely gentle roasting and conching, the diverse flavors of our cocoa come out ideally. Despite the high cocoa content, the chocolate is surprisingly gentle in its bitterness. The sugar content is low. The chocolate has won an award “gourmet” at the “AVPA 2021” in Paris. The chocolate is made with only local ingredients.
